I’m a Melbourne-based sales and customer service professional, currently at Zarkie, a specialist retailer of heated clothing and motorcycle gear, where I look after everything from frontline customer service to order operations and the odd workflow automation.
Before that I spent several years in financial services — settling commercial loans at Liberty Financial and handling escalated enquiries at Computershare — after studying International Business at Copenhagen Business School. I completed Google’s Cybersecurity Professional Certificate in 2023, speak passable Danish and middling French, and have lived in Edinburgh, Copenhagen and (since 2013) Melbourne.
Away from work: parenting, hiking, cooking, an ever-evolving home cinema project, and reading — these days mostly business books with some Russian literature mixed in.
